Refund policy

The "Something Went Wrong" Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right — that's on us. No questions, no hassle.

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to report an issue. After 28 days, we're unable to process replacements or refunds, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

What's covered:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Misprinted or defective items (faded ink, smudges, missing graphics, wrong design printed)
  • Wrong size or color shipped (different from what you ordered)
  • Lost packages that never arrive

How to make it right:

  1. Email us at support@chickenmathsociety.com within 28 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (this helps us process it faster)
  3. We'll either reprint and reship a replacement or issue a full refund — your call

You don't need to ship the defective item back. Keep it, donate it, use it as a coop rag — whatever works for you.
